At Radio Mankato I was in charge of 13 Facebook Pages, 13 Twitter Accounts, 3 Instagram Accounts,
2 Snapchats, and 2 Tik Toks.
I monitored content created by the news team, as well as content produced by on-air staff and interns for quality and entertainment value. All content shown below was organic engagement, except for the Walmart Distribution Center Campaign.
I used our social media platforms as a way to connect and engage with the listening audience in an informal way. I also drove traffic to the websites by creating blog posts which I also monitored.
Each month I would gather all of the insights from social media as well as the websites and the streaming services as you can see in the first two examples.
